  15.  -> I changed my program's name to TurboIcon.  IconMaster'95 no longer
  16.     exists.
  17.  
  18.  -> I have embedded the IconConverter'95 and the IconMaster'95 Setup programs
  19.     into the IconEditor'95 program and called all this super pack TurboIcon 
  20.     for Windows 95 v2.0.  There is now a Converter Menu and the Set Options
  21.     Window is not a shell.

  23.  -- I replaced the 'Quick Help...' screen by this help file.
  24.  
  25.  -> TurboIcon is no longer freeware.  If you want more information, 
  26.     see the How to Register section of the help file.

  28.  -- I removed the (annoying) welcome screen.  I replaced it with a 
  29.     nice percent bar.

  31.  -- I modified the About Window (You can see my picture.  I know it's 
  32.     not super high quality but I started with a black and white hand scan).

  36.  -> I added a new tool.  It's call the Type Tool.  You can use True Type 
  37.     Fonts to write into your icons.  Very cool!

  39.  -> I changed the desktop of my program.  The main window is located on the
  40.     top of the screen and does not erase the background; this gives more work
  41.     space and it looks much more professional like this.

  43.  -> There is now a Capture Menu.  You can capture any part of the screen under
  44.     Windows 95 and convert it into an icon.

  46.  -- You can now enable or disable the border of the Icon Editing Window in 
  47.     the Set Options Window.

  49.  -- You can select if TurboIcon's windows are always on top in the Set Options
  50.     Window.

  52.  -> You can now select the Mask Color in the Set Options Window.

  54.  -- TurboIcon can now be the default file opener for the icons files.

  56.  -> Fix the multiple document bug.  When you open more than one icon, the 
  57.     others are Auto-redrawing themselves.
