  79.   will be billed in Canadian dollars, so you must use ORDER.FRM

  82. PAYMENT BY WIRE TRANSFER:

  84.   If you wish to pay by wire transfer, you must still submit a copy
  85.   of this order form and indicate the date and amount of the
  86.   transfer.  Please contact Lanius Corporation for bank account

  89. PAYMENT TERMS:

  91.   Make checks payable to Lanius Corporation.  Personal and company
  92.   checks require two weeks to clear.  Corporate purchase orders are
  93.   accepted but they must be accompanied by this order form.

  95.   PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

  97. FOREIGN EXCHANGE NOTE:
  98.  
  99.     To pay in a currency other than U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars,
  100.     or Deutsche Marks, you can calculate your own local
  101.     currency equivalent of the U.S. price.  Then submit a check or
  102.     bank draft for that amount in your local currency.

  104.     YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED for foreign currency payments as long as:
  105.  
  106.     1) Your check must be COMPUTER-ENCODED at the bottom.
  107.  
  108.     2) The currency of your check MUST BE THE SAME as the currency
  109.        of the COUNTRY where your check was drawn.
  110.  
  111.     3) YOUR CHECK MUST BE WRITTEN IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
  112.        CURRENCIES:  Canadian Dollars, U.S. Dollars, Hong Kong
  113.        Dollars, Deutsche Marks (including Austria), French
  114.        Francs, Swiss Francs, U.K. Pounds Sterling, or Japanese Yen.

  116.     IF YOUR CHECK DOES NOT MEET ALL OF THESE CRITERIA, you must
  117.     enclose an extra US$40 fee (or local currency equivalent) with
  118.     your registration.
