  166. As the exclusive copyright holder for RIME, Rimrock Software
  167. authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following
  168. restrictions.

  170. The RIME package is defined as containing all the material listed in
  171. the packing list.  If any files listed in in the packing list are
  172. missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
  173. forbidden.  Please contact Rimrock Software to obtain a complete package
  174. suitable for distribution.

  176. The RIME package, including all related program files and
  177. documentation files,  CANNOT be modified in any way and must be
  178. distributed as a complete package, without exception.

  180. No price or other compensation may be charged for the RIME package. A
  181. distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping
  182. and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$8.00 in
