  1. This program is intended to be a tool for learning about digital 
  2. circuits.  It can be used in conjunction with a course text book 
  3. in order to allow a student to actually test and modify a circuit 
  4. instead of just looking at a picture -- hopefully enhancing his 
  5. or her understanding of the concepts.  The student will have the 
  6. ability to create both combinational logic and sequential logic 
  7. circuits.  The list of elements that can be added to a circuit 
  8. is quite comprehensive, including many types of basic logic 
  9. gates, flip-flops, counters, registers, and storage chips.  In 
  10. fact, there should be enough elements to provide the capability 
  11. to design a basic 4-bit computer.

  13. Digital circuit simulator is a 32-bit product requiring Windows 
  14. 95 or Windows NT to run.
