  1.      This document is a legally binding agreement between you and INSO
  2.      Corporation, the developer of the software program which you are about to
  3.      license (the "Software"). By clicking in the space provided
  4.      below you will have agreed to be bound by the terms set forth below. You
  5.      understand that the Software will become inoperable 30 days after you have
  6.      installed it.

  8.      License Grant and Restrictions. INSO grants you and you accept a non-exclusive
  9.      license to use the Software but you are not the owner. INSO is the exclusive owner of
  10.      the Software. This license permits you to use one copy of the Software on a single
  11.      computer for your personal use only for a period of not more than 30 days. You may
  12.      not rent, lease, sublicense, assign or otherwise transfer use of the Software to others.
  13.      You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble or otherwise modify the
  14.      Software in any way. You may not disable the portion of the Software that renders 
  15.      such Software inoperable after the expiration of the 30-day license period. You may 
  16.      not use the Software in any way after such 30-day period. You may not remove any 
  17.      proprietary notices that are provided with the Software. Neither the Software nor 
  18.      any underlying information or technology may be exported or reexported into any 
  19.      country to which the United States has prohibited export.

  21.      No Warranties. You acknowledge that the Software has been provided to you free of
  22.      charge for your personal use. You assume responsibility for the selection of the
  23.      Software to achieve your intended results and for the proper installation, use and 
  24.      results obtained from use of the Software. INSO MAKES NO REPRESENTATION 
  25.      OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE OR THE
  26.      RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM ITS USE. INSO DOES NOT WARRANT
  27.      THAT YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,
  28.      ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  29.      INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
  30.      FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT ARE
  31.      HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. INSO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY
  32.      IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT ANY OTHER PRODUCT (INCLUDING
  33.      WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY COPY OF THE SOFTWARE YOU MAY
  34.      SUBSEQUENTLY PURCHASE) WILL CONFORM TO THE SOFTWARE
  35.      PROVIDED TO YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

  37.      IN NO EVENT SHALL INSO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, INCLUDING
  38.      WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT,
  39.      EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH
  40.      DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND EVEN IF INSO WAS ADVISED
  41.      THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE LIKELY OR POSSIBLE.
