  2. NullSock v1.0 is useful when you want to run winsock
  3. applications off-line. It does this by loading a
  4. dummy Winsock.dll (also called a nullsock) before
  5. running your application.
  6. eg : when you want to run your web brownser to view
  7. local html files from your drive.
  8. NOTE : It does not include a nullsock dll.
