  1.  This is the license for the Oracle 90-day trial products.  Read this
  2.  license and if you agree to the terms and conditions select 'OK'.  If
  3.  you do not agree select 'Cancel'.

  7.  CAUTION: Loading this software onto a computer indicates your acceptance of
  8.  the following terms.  Please read them carefully.

  10.  TRIAL LICENSE: Oracle Corporation ("Oracle") grants you a no-charge
  11.  trial license to use the software selected ("Software") solely for
  12.  evaluation purposes for a period of 90 days.  You may not use the
  13.  Software for any development, commercial, or production purpose.  You
  14.  may give trial copies of the Software to others to permit them to use
  15.  the Software under the same restrictions as are in this Agreement,
  16.  provided that you do not charge a fee for doing so.  You must purchase
  17.  a full-use license if you wish to do any of the following: (a) use
  18.  the Software after the end of the 90-day trial period, or (b) use the
  19.  Software for any development, commercial, or production purpose, or
  20.  (c) distribute the Software for any such use.

  22.  COPYRIGHT: The Software is the proprietary product of Oracle and is
  23.  protected by copyright law.  You acquire only the right to use the
  24.  Software and do not acquire any rights of ownership.  You agree not
  25.  to remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other
  26.  notices or proprietary restrictions from the Software.  You agree not
  27.  to cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly, or 
  28.  decompilation of the Software.  You shall not disclose the results of
  29.  any benchmark tests of the Software to any third party without
  30.  Oracle's prior written approval.

  32.  WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Oracle is providing this license on an "as is"
  33.  basis without warranty of any kind.  Oracle disclaims all express and
  34.  implied warranties, including the implied warranties of
  35.  merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  37.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ORACLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES,
  38.  INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
  39.  DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR DATA USE,
  40.  INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT
  41.  OR TORT, EVEN IF YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
  42.  POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  44.  EXPORT: You agree to comply fully with all laws and regulations to
  45.  assure that neither the Software, nor any direct product thereof, is
  46.  exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of law.

  48.  RESTRICTED RIGHTS: If the Software is used by a U.S. Government Agency
  49.  of the Department of Defense, then the use is with Restricted Rights
  50.  and the following legend is applicable:  "Restricted Rights Legend
  51.  Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
  52.  restrictions as currently set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of
  53.  DFARS 252-227-7013, Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software
  54.  (October  1988). Oracle Corporation, 500 Oracle Parkway, Redwood
  55.  City, CA, 94065. If the Software is used by a U.S. Government Agency
  56.  not within the Department of Defense, then the use is with "Restricted
  57.  Rights" as defined in FAR 52.227-14, Rights in Data - General,
