  9.     The unRAR utility is a freeware program developed for extracting,
  10.     testing and viewing the contents of archives created with the
  11.     RAR archiver.  For the usage and distribution license please read
  12.     the file LICENSE.TXT.

  14.     Check the archive UNRARS??.RAR: the portable source code of unRAR.

  16.     The unRAR utility is a minor part of the RAR archiver and contains
  17.     it's uncompressing algorithm.  UnRAR can handle archives created 
  18.     with RAR for all versions which exist at the present time. UnRAR
  19.     requires only 150 Kb of conventional memory.

  21.     The unRAR utility does not depend upon the RAR environment
  22.     variable and the configuration file RAR.CFG, for default options.
  23.     ANSI-Comments displayed by unRAR are always displayed in color mode.
