  13. was started from a kitchen table in November 1989. It has grown from that
  14. humble start into an international marketing force that specialises in
  15. teaching small business owners and managers how to use computer technology.

  17. <P>The SBHS has grown from a one man show, to a company with clients around
  18. the World. We have and maintain our own web server in the USA and develop
  19. products for the World marketplace.
  20.  
  21. <P>SBHS runs regular seminars on technology, business systems, start up
  22. businesses and future trends. We also publish two subscriber based publications:
  23. <BR><I>The Small Business Update -</I> Keeping Small Business owners up
  24. with technology and trends
  25. <BR><I>Millennium Alert. -</I> To keep you up to date with changes to be
  26. expected in the 21st Century.

  28. <P>In 1994, SBHS won the Telstra Small Business Awards in our region.
  29. <BR>In 1996  SBHS won the Bartercard Most Innovative Trader Award.

  31. <P>SBHS is based in Cairns, North Queensland because its a great place
  32. to live and work. Cairns is a regional centre in the Tropical North of
  33. Australia. ItÆs known as a holiday destination renowned world wide for
  34. scuba diving and marlin fishing, rain forest, great scenery, and lifestyle. 
  35. Because of its Tropical situation, Cairns offers a enviable lifestyle with
  36. its temperate climate and laid back holiday atmosphere.
