  12.   Installation

  15.   To install Spirit Riders, vol.1 from Program Manger:
  16.  
  17.     1.) Click on the FILE menu
  18.     2.) Click on RUN
  19.     3.) Type A:\SETUP1
  20.     4.) Hit <RETURN> or clik Ok
  21.     5.) Follow on-screen instructions

  26.   On the older versions of Spirit Riders there was a README.TXT and a
  27. SPELLS.TXT file.  These have now been put into the help file.  When in the
  28. program click HELP to access help (pretty self explanitory).  I suggest you
  29. print out the spell lists for Mordaric, Theoding, and Chaos before you start.
  30. I know that the spell casting system is cumbersome but I really don't want to
  31. do anymore work on this.
  32.   Speaking about work, I have fallen behind in the programming of Spirit
  33. Riders, vol.2 "Death in the Swamps".  Sorry.  It should hopefully be avail-
  34. able around December (I still have to write the help file!).  So, please
  35. don't send in orders until January 1, 1996 at the earliest.

  42.   Spirit Riders, vol.1 is FREEWARE.  I don't care how many copies you make.
  43. I do care about putting it on FTP sites.  If you are going to do this please
  44. put it on your OWN.
  45.   There isn't a lot I can do for YOU when you register SR 1.  I will try to
  46. mail every registered person information on new products and perhaps some
  47. play testing for beta-versions.  Here's how to register:
