  1. How well you perform here will decide the future of 
  2. your team. Areas marked 'Most Costly' should be 
  3. sold for large bids only. Areas marked 'Cheapest' 
  4. are worth a lot less and so will attract lowest bids.
  5. The value of all areas will increase or decrease 
  6. with your team's performance. So if you think the 
  7. team is going to improve, don't sell off all your best 
  8. areas too soon for too long. If, on the other hand,
  9. you expect a down-turn in performance, sell off as
  10. much as you can as quickly as you can.
