  4.   Download Instructions for New Installations (includes latest version):

  10. Download the setup file for Windows 9x or Windows NT.

  12. Save the file on your computer's hard disk, preferably into a new or temporary folder..

  14. Using Windows Explorer, double click on the zip file to extract all the setup files.

  16. After the setup files have been extracted, double click on Setup.exe

  20. Download Instructions for Updating to the latest version:

  22. If you have already installed Encryptor you need not download the setup files again.

  24. Download the exe file to your computer's hard disk.

  26. If Encryptor is running on your computer, then click on the Encryptor icon on the systray (right hand bottom of the task bar) and select  "Stop Encryptor Server"

  28. Using Windows Explorer delete the Encryptor.exe file. If you installed it to the default directories it should be in C:\Program Files\Encryptor

  30. Move the newly downloaded file "Encryptor.exe" to the same directory.

  40. Before installing Encryptor make sure to stop Encryptor Server, then  uninstall the old installation.
