  6. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  7. before using this software.  Your use of this software indicates 
  8. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  10. For information on distributing the evaluation version of
  11. VideoMailStudio see the section titled "Evaluation License" below.

  13. Registered Version

  15. This is a single use license.  Each registered copy of 
  16. VideoMailStudio may be used at a single workstation.  All rights 
  17. not expressly granted in this license agreement are
  18. reserved entirely to Digital Media Works.

  20. Governing Law

  22. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  23. California.

  25. Disclaimer of Warranty

  27. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  28. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  29. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  30. various hardware and software environments into which VideoMailStudio
  31. may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE 
  32. IS OFFERED.  Good data processing procedure dictates that any 
  33. program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before 
  34. relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk of using 
  35. the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED 
  36. EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  38. Evaluation License

  40. Evaluation and Registration

  42. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use the
  43. evaluation version of VideoMailStudio for evaluation purposes without 
  44. charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software after 
  45. the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is required, as 
  46. described in the VideoMailStudio order form (order.txt).  Unregistered 
  47. use of VideoMailStudio after the 30-day evaluation period is in 
  48. violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  50. Distribution of VideoMailStudio

  52. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation
  53. version of this software and documentation as you wish, so long as
  54. it is distributed in full, with no changes or alterations.  You may
  55. give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; 
  56. and distribute the evaluation version of the software and 
  57. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.
  58. There is no charge for any of the above.

  61. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
