System Requirements:
300 MHz of faster processor
16 MB RAM
6 MB free hard disk space
Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000
Direct3D capable video card
Video cards that have been tested and should be okay include:
3DFX Voodoo series (Original Voodoo1 hasn't been tested)
Matrox G200/G400 series
ATI Rage series
Trident Blade3D series
Nvidia TNT series
Nvidia Geforce series
Intel series (i810, i815 integrated video)
S3 Savage series
Other D3D capable cards should be fine, I will try to test more-
and be sure to check http://www.bugatron.com for an up-to-date list
of supported cards.
Playing Bugatron:
Playing is very simple! Just press F1 to start a game, and start
blasting! PGUP/PGDN control the music volume and HOME/END control
the sound volume. P pauses the game. If you want to take a screens
hot, press F12 and a file called "ss.bmp" will be in the Bugatron
folder.

Known Bugs/Issues:
On Windows 2000 dual monitor systems, Bugatron may not run until you
disable dual monitor support. This is caused by the 3D API that is
used in making the game, and can't be fixed until that API is
updated.

Made the game easier, it was just too hard!
Added difficulty selection to the main menu.
Bugatron now remembers the last video selection and defaults to it.

Each level pack now has it's own high score list.
Fixed scoring on "I'm your number one fan".
Removed screen after high scores.
If user has the freeware version for more than 5 minutes
and is connected to the net, www.bugatron.com will come up when
the user exits the game.

Fixed wrecking ball killing boing ball in Bugatron Level Pack 1.
Fixed a crash when the user's video card didn't support 800x600x16.

Atoms can no longer kill the bouncing ball in the add-on pack.
Powerups can no longer get stuck to the sides.
High scores would only register if you beat the lowest score on the freeware pack.
The pack's name is also now displayed in the high score list.

Made ship move snappier
Player can now jump by pressing the up arrow, right mouse button, or joystick button 2.
Changed Bugatron from freeware to shareware, no features disabled though :)
Fixed crash if user didnt have a working sound card.
Added bumpers for bugatron gold.

Changed scroller message at game start.
Both control or space bar fire now.

Added a DirectX version Checker for increased compatibility.
Removed jumping code, was just a bad idea.
Fixed some Bugatron Gold Levels.
Moved the earth up in level 2, some people never made it past that.

Added a trademark notice for the Amiga "Boing Ball". I was contacted
by them and added the notice at their request.
Tweaked the sound volumes to a much more playable level.

Replaced sound systems, and now all music files are ".xm" format.
As a result, sound quality and compatibility are improved.
Fire button will now start a game.
Improved performance.

Users can now hold down the fire button and keep firing.
New Keyboard handling routines for highscore/level pack selection
compatibility.
Fixed a bug where a ship (common on spindizzy level of bug gold) would
get stuck off-scteen.
Back by popular demand: ship jumping.

Added jumping to the right mouse button, when using mouse to play.
Halloween bugs now dive in a different pattern.
Fixed the bonus count that was off in a couple levels
(Pinwheel and Bob and David's Vault).
Change Til to 'Til in Blast 'Til You Drop.
Changed "Pack2 High Scores" to "Pack 2 High Scores".
Eliminated the ability for bullets to be stuck in the Gold Pack.
Removed capturing from Spindizzy to avoid a potential lock.
Fixed the spelling of "Triple" and "Forecast" in various levels.
