  4. To run the 1993 Guinness Multimedia Disc of Records you must have 530 
  5.  
  6. kilobytes (KB) of free memory (RAM). The program can use both conventional
  7.  
  8. "low" memory (below 640KB) and "high memory" (above 640KB but below
  9.  
  10. 1 Megabyte).    If you get an "out of memory" message, you need to free up
  11.  
  12. some memory. This may be done by removing "Terminate and Stay Resident"
  13.  
  14. programs ("TSRs") or other drivers from your CONFIG.SYS or AUTOEXEC.BAT files.
  15.  
  16. Because the DEVICEHIGH and LOADHIGH DOS commands simply shuffle used memory
  17.  
  18. block(s) from beneath 640KB to above 640KB, using these will usually not help
  19.  
  20. to free up additional memory to run Guinness.
