  13. CCS64 emulates briefly the following
  14. things of an old C64 system:

  16. The main Commodore 64 console, with
  17. the keyboard and peripherals like
  18. joysticks, paddles and mouse. It
  19. emulates both the different systems
  20. sold in Europe as well as the USA.

  22. Up to four 1541 disk-drives are
  23. emulated (which means that you use
  24. special files on your PC, as a
  25. replacement for the old 5 1/4 inch
  26. floppy disks)
  27.  
  28. The C2N cassette recorder is also
  29. emulated (which means the you use
  30. special files on your PC, as a
  31. replacement for the old magnetic
  32. tapes)
  33.  
  34. Many of the old cartridges (that
  35. means special hardware expansions
  36. for the C64, which were plugged in
  37. at the back of the computer) are
  38. also emulated.
