SHORTBREAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
12 oz flour
8 oz butter or margarine
4 oz sugar
Procedure:
Sieve the flour and add sugar. Rub in butter and work
mixture into a ball. Butter baking tray. Spread
mixture or press into mold that is floured. Bake in
preheated 375 oven for 25 min. Cut into squares.
Sprinkle with sugar.
