  1. SHORTBREAD RECIPE

  3. Ingredients:
  4. 12 oz flour
  5. 8 oz butter or margarine
  6. 4 oz sugar
  7.  
  8. Procedure:
  9. Sieve the flour and add sugar. Rub in butter and work
  10. mixture into a ball. Butter baking tray. Spread 
  11. mixture or press into mold that is floured. Bake in 
  12. preheated 375 oven for 25 min. Cut into squares.
  13. Sprinkle with sugar.
