  2.                       Vendor and Distributor Information

  4.         SCUD ATAK 2 is copyrighted and wholly owned by David Lee Peterson
  5.         who retains the right to terminate the following license with any
  6.         distributor at any time for any cause.
  7.  
  8.         Without any other specific approval required, SHAREWARE disk vendors
  9.         are granted a license to distribute the program SCUD ATAK 2 by:
  10.  
  11.              a) Mail order
  12.              b) Rackware only at a 'computer show'
  13.  
  14.         ONLY as long as the following conditions are met:
  15.  
  16.         1)  All files listed in SCUDA2.DOC must be unmodified and included
  17.             on the distribution disk.
  18.  
  19.         2)  The distribution disk/package must clearly describe SCUD ATAK 2
  20.             as SHAREWARE or 'try before you buy' software.  It may not be
  21.             described as PUBLIC DOMAIN, FREEWARE, or CHEAP SOFTWARE.
  22.  
  23.         3)  The fee charged for the distribution disk, copying fee, and
  24.             distributors overhead may not exceed $5.00 US.  It must be clear
  25.             that the fee applies only to the distribution disk, copying fee,
  26.             and distributors overhead and that the author receives no
  27.             payment from the distributor/vendor.

  29.         It would be appreciated if you send me any catalogs or other printed
  30.         materials which contain information about SCUD ATAK 2.

  33.         Disk vendors and SHAREWARE distributors are expressly PROHIBITED
  34.         from distributing the program SCUD ATAK 2 on a CD ROM or as rackware
  35.         in any ongoing commercial establishment without the prior written
  36.         permission of the copyright holder and owner, David Lee Peterson.
