- Reports—How to Find
-
- You can find reports under the Reports menu. The first selection is the Index to
-
- Reports. The Index to Reports is a scrollable list of all the reports in M.Y.O.B.,
-
- sorted by command center.
-
-
-
- In the Reports menu, after Index to Reports, is a list of all the reports for the
-
- active command center. When you select another command center, the list of
-
- reports changes. These reports, as well as those from all the other command
-
- centers, are also available in the Index to Reports.
-
-
-
- You may select a report directly from the Reports menu or from the Index to
-
- Reports. To select a report from the Index to Reports, double-click it or single
-
- click it and click OK.
-
-
-
- A list of M.Y.O.B.'s reports together with a brief description of each report can be
-
- found in A List of Reports in Chapter 10 of your User's Guide.
-
-
-
- If you are running System 7.0, you can publish a report directly from the Index
-
- to Reports.
-
-
-
- To publish a new edition of a report, single-click the name of the report in the
-
- Index to Reports list, and select Publishing - Create Publisher from the Edit menu.
-
- The next time you look at the Index to Reports, you'll see a small shaded rectangle
-
- to the left of the report name, indicating it has a published edition.
-
-
-
- To publish a report to an existing edition, single-click the name of the report in
-
- the Index to Reports list, and select Publishing - Publisher Options from the Edit
-
- menu. (Or, as a shortcut, simply double-click on the small shaded rectangle to
-
- the left of the report name.) Click on the 'Send Edition Now' button to publish
-
- the report immediately. Or select the 'On Save' radio button to publish the report
-
- automatically every time you save the data file.
