  3. Warning:  Make a backup copy of your M.Y.O.B. data

  5. before purging your journal entries.

  7. Purge Journal Entries BEFORE:
  8.  
  9. This routine erases all journal entries before the start of
  10.  
  11. the selected period, except:
  12.  
  13. 1.  Those entries tied to an unpurged sale or purchase.
  14.  
  15. (See Purging Old Data in your User's Guide.)
  16.  
  17. 2.  Unreconciled transactions in accounts specified in
  18.  
  19. the following screen.
  20.  
  21. M.Y.O.B. will NOT purge UNRECONCILED transactions in any checked account.

  23. Click next to the account name to check and uncheck it.
