INSTRUCTIONS
To run this CD-ROM from DOS log to your CD-ROM drive (for instance type "D:") and then type "MENU" and [Enter]. A menu program will appear.
To run this CD-ROM from Windows (A Windows version before Windows 95) enter the Windows File Manager and go to the root directory on the CD-ROM. Double-click on the Setup.exe program and the Graphics Workshop program will be installed on your hard drive. Double-click on either the Graphics Workshop icon or load the program from the File Manager.
To run this CD-ROM from Windows 95, follow the same procedures as above or just insert the disk and it will start automatically.
You can also use any image viewing program of your choice to view the images on this CD-ROM including many Macintosh viewing programs such as Adobe Photoshop.
If you are running this program in DOS, then just select the group of pictures that you wish to view and press enter.
If you are having a problem with your video card, you may select any of the other viewers in the utility directory. Follow the instructions included with the viewer.

Pictues:
Copy your pictures to your hard drive and put them into any directory. You may read your pictures directly from the CD-ROM if you wish but the CD-ROM will have to be in the drive at all times or you will get an error. If you have your own GIF's or JPG's, you will need to convert them to BMP format first.

To Change or configure a Windows screen saver:
In the MAIN group of the program manager, double click on the Control Panel icon. Now double click on the Desktop icon. A new window opens up with the screen saver information. Use the little down arrow to the right of the screen saver's name, to drop down a list so you can select "SAVIT"
You may select from Dynamic Balls, Spotlight, Scrolling Message, or Slides. The slides may be in any directory and you can change them at any time. If you have some favorite slides, you may want to copy then to your hard drive so that will always be available. All slides will be sized and centered as best possible when they are displayed. After you load the slides, you may test them for timing and appearance. When they are setup the way you want them, press "OK" and your selection will be saved.
If all pictures display as you want them, then select the OK button to close the setup page, then the OK button to close the desktop window. Close the Control Panel and your done! The screen saver will come on after the time delay you have set = minutes of inactivity.
The screen saver will say "BITMAP MISSING" if it cant find a picture and the background will change color. This is the savers way of telling you to load some pictures.
