  3. A number of other Connection Tools are available, either from Apple or third party vendors, and you may want to try some of them out.

  7. This tool is pretty similar to the "Serial/Modem Driver" except its a bit slower. However, it is the Genuine Apple Product, and you may choose to use it for no other reason than this.

  11. Personally, I find this one a bit clunky. It's also modal, which means you can't do anything else while its dialing. However, it always sorts my modem out no matter what I've done to it !

  15. Once again, this is the Genuine Apple Product. It works fine, but I prefer to use the Serial/Modem Driver.
