Use this button to connect to the user you selected with the pop up menus above.
This button will send what you have typed since the last time you hit the Return key or pressed Send.
Search will look for other Chatter users in the zone you have selected. If you hold down the option key and press it, it will search all zones for Chatter users.
This is the incoming text box. Messgaes from the other Chatter user appear here.
This is the outgoing text box. Type your messages here.
This is the zone menu. All available Appletalk zones are displayed here.
This is the Chatter users menu. All Chatter users in the current zone are shown here.
This displays information about the current state of your connection.
The Idle button will tell you how long it has been since the Chatter user you are connected to has typed anything. Hold down the Option key to make this button become Query.
This is an icon that the Chatter user you have connected to has sent you.
Use this pop-up menu to select an icon to send to the Chatter user you have connected to.
The Hold button will send a preset message to the other Chatter user if you have been interrupted by someone.
The Disconnect button will close a Chatter connection.
The Query button returns more information about the Chatter user you are connected to.
You must select a user in the Users: pop up menu before this button will become active.
You must connect to another chatter user before this button will become active.
