Mana are a race of short humanoids known and feared for their ability with magic. Fortunately for the world, mana are peaceful. Mana cities are known for beings the safest places on earth to live. Magic is so intensely ingrained in this society that even at birth, children are born with 1 random innate unoffensive spell that they can cast at the lowest possible level (shortest range, shortest duration...etc.) as often as they wish*. Mana cities can be found anywhere. The only rule to the location of a mana city is that it is exceptionally well defendable. Magic has been applied to the environment surrounding the city for centuries, altering the landscape.
Elves and mana are friends. They will seek each other out to share information. When large dangerous situations occur (extremely dangerous monsters, natural disasters...etc.), elves and mana will work together with other local wizards to take care of the problem.
