The freeukinstall file is a Stuffit selfextracting file.
Once the user has extracted the file to anywhere in their harddrive, they have to enter the directory and double click on the ICW to configure their computer for FreeUK.

Suggested instructions (for users)
Double click on the FreeUKinstall icon and select where you would like to extract Internet Explorer. Once the extraction has completed enter the Internet Explorer directory and double click on the Internet Connection Wizard icon, this will configure your computer for connection with FreeUK.
