Near the top of the PopAddress window you'll find a check box titled ‚ÄúPopup‚Äù and a box to the right of it which may be showing a combination of keys.  Clicking on either of these two items will allow you to set the ‚Äúmodifier‚Äù keys (Shift, Option, Command or Control) that control how the PopAddress pop-up menu will be ‚Äúinvoked‚Äù.  If all four check boxes are off, the PopAddress pop-up menu will be disabled.

  25. There are four types of ‚ÄúHotKeys‚Äù you can create, they are:

  27. ‚Ä¢ New Address
  28.    Typing this hotkey will:
  29.     a) create a new blank record
  30.     b) open the PopAddress edit window and allow you to enter
  31.          a new address.
  32.  
  33. ‚Ä¢ Copy Address
  34.    Typing this hotkey will:
  35.     a) copy any text you have selected in whatever application
  36.          you‚Äôre in
  37.     b) create a new record (filling out the fields of the record
  38.          with the text picked up from your selection)
  39.     c) open the PopAddress edit window and allow you to edit
  40.          or save the new address.

  42.     NOTE: When using the Copy Address function, it will grab
  43.     any email address, phone numbers and a URL and place
  44.     them in the appropriate fields of the record.

  46. ‚Ä¢ Edit Address
  47.    Typing this hotkey will:
  48.     a) open the PopAddress edit window and allow you to edit,
  49.          create new, delete,etc any address records.
  50.  
  51. ‚Ä¢ Search
  52.    Typing this hotkey will:
  53.     a) bring up a dialog that allows you to enter text to search
  54.         for
  55.     b) if you click the ok button, it will open the PopAddress
  56.          edit window showing a list of all records that contain
  57.          the text you specify (or, a list of all records if you did
  58.          not specify any text)
