  3. ‚Ä¢ Problem:   It doesn't seem to work!
  4. ‚Ä¢ Solution:    Perhaps PopAddress has been turned
  5.                      off.  Make sure the switch in the lower
  6.                      left of the window is in the on position.
  7. ‚Ä¢ Problem:   When printing an envelope, there is no
  8.                      return address.
  9. ‚Ä¢ Solution:    Hit the hotkey to Edit the addresses and
  10.                      find the record (or create one) that
  11.                      you want to designate as the return
  12.                      address and select the ‚ÄúSet Current as
  13.                      Return Address‚Äù option from the Edit menu
  14. ‚Ä¢ Problem:   It causes problems with a certain
  15.                      application.
  16. ‚Ä¢ Solution:    From the preferences dialog you can
  17.                      create a list of applications that cause
  18.                      problems while using PopAddress.  You
  19.                      can add the application to a list of
  20.                      special applications (see Customizing 
  21.                      PopAddress above).
  22. ‚Ä¢ Problem:   Some command keys no longer work
  23.                     with a certain application.
  24. ‚Ä¢ Solution:    Make sure you have not set up
  25.                     any "Hotkeys" using the same key(s)
  26.                     used by an application.
  27. ‚Ä¢ Problem:   It does not dial using the speaker.
  28. ‚Ä¢ Solution:    Either the PopAddress control panel is
  29.                     open (it must be closed in order to dial) or 
  30.                     the name of the control panel has been changed
  31.                     (the name of the control panel must be 
  32.                     ‚ÄúPopAddress‚Äù so it can be found when needed).
