  8. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  9. before using this software.

  13. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the
  14. software for a 30 day evaluation period after intial installation;
  15. make as many copies of the Shareware version of this software and 
  16. documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original 
  17. Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version 
  18. of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via 
  19. electronic means.

  21. There are no restrictions on distribution as long as:

  23.     - the contents of the original shareware version are

  25.     - the product is adequately identified as shareware

  35. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  36. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  37. a registration fee is required (see ORDER.TXT).

  39. One registered copy of WinDirUsage may either be used by a single
  40. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  41. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  42. multiple people, but not both.

  44. You may access the registered version of WinDirUsage through a network,
  45. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  46. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  47. through the network.

  51. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  52. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY

  54. various hardware and software environments into which WinDirUsage
