  9.     This is an experimental German accent demonstrating some of the new
  10. features of this version and some special phoneme combinations to overcome
  11. the lack of the proper German CH sounds in Narrator 37.7.  The name
  12. "Berlin" is chosen to distinguish it from the authentic deutsch.accent
  13. developed by native German speakers. It was developed from the
  14. deutsch.accent, version 0.1 By Stefan Zeiger and the rules stated in the
  15. Pronunciation chapter, pp 265-267, of "Der Anfang (Understanding and Using
  16. German)" by  Harold von Hofe, 1958. This accent is optimized for use with
  17. Narrator 37.7 and requires Translator43.
