  13.      agreement regarding distribution.

  15.      No  fee,  charge, or other compensation may be requested  or
  16.      accepted  to distribute Button Manager, except as authorized
  17.      below:

  19.      BBSs,   User   Groups,  Mail-Order  Disk   Vendors,   CD-ROM
  20.      publishers, and BBS File-Distribution Networks may charge  a
  21.      fee  to  distribute Button Manager, assuming they provide  a
  22.      complete and unaltered copy of the product, it is clear that
  23.      the  product is Shareware, and they do not claim to own  the
  24.      product.

  26.      Mail-Order  Disk Vendors and CD-ROM publishers  MUST  inform
  27.      AKC Applied Knowledge Corporation that they will be carrying
  28.      the  product prior to publication, so that they can be  kept
  29.      up-to-date with the latest version of Button Manager.  BBSs,
  30.      User  Groups, and BBS Distribution Networks MAY contact  AKC
  31.      if  they  want to be kept up-to-date with the latest version
  32.      of Button Manager.

  44. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
  45.  
  46.      Button  Manager is an multi-icon-bar utility that provides  quick
  47.      access  to  applications.  Program Manager groups and  icons  are
  48.      automatically reflected by Button Manager; each group  becomes  a
  49.      resizable  button  bar that can separately be opened  and  placed
  50.      anywhere  on  your desktop.  Previous set-up is  remembered  each
  51.      time  the program is started.  You can designate some or all bars
  52.      to  stay  on  top,  minimize, maximize, or  cascade.   Optionally
  53.      display  program  descriptions in the title bar  as  your  cursor
  54.      glides over each icon.

  56.      Unlike  other  programs  of this nature,  this  program  requires
  57.      virtually   no  set-up  before  you  can  start  using   it.    A
  58.      professional  set-up program guides you through the  installation
  59.      process.   A  minute  later  the  program  is  installed  and  it
  60.      automatically  recognizes  the  applications  in   your   Windows
  61.      environment.  In fact, any time you change the groups in  Program
  62.      Manager  or install new Windows applications, these programs  are
  63.      also  reflected  in Button Manager because it reads  the  Windows
  64.      Group  files.   What  this means is that  there  is  no  need  to
  65.      maintain your favourite applications in two places.
