  61. This package contains the program Examine v1.20, by Aquila
  62. Software. This document contains only a brief description of the
  63. package and its features, along with instructions for its installation.

  67. information in your files, then Examine is the program for you, with its
  68. ability to search both text and binary files using either ordinary words

  72. all features of the program, and is not crippled in any way.  You may
  73. use it for up to 30 days, without charge. If you like the program, and
  74. wish to continue its use after this evaluation period, you are required

  101. The installation procedure for Examine is relatively straightforward.

  103. INSTALLING FROM DISKETTE

  105. To install from diskette, you need to perform the following steps.
  106.  
  107.    o  Place the diskette in the appropriate diskette drive.
  108.  
  109.    o  If you want to install the program on a new directory on your
  110.       hard disk then create the directory using the MKDIR command at
  111.       the DOS prompt or using the File | Create Directory command in
  112.       the Windows File Manager.

  114.    o  Copy the files to the directory of your choice using the COPY
  115.       command at the DOS prompt or the facilities of the Windows File
  116.       Manager.

  119. INSTALLING FROM A HARD DRIVE

  121. If you downloaded Examine from a BBS (or received it in the form of
  122. archive files from some other source), you will need to extract the
  123. contents of the archive file(s) into the directory of your choice on
  124. your hard drive. If you want to create a new directory for Examine then
  125. use the MKDIR command at the DOS prompt or use the File | Create
  126. Directory command in the Windows File Manager.
