  1. MICROSOFT DIRECTX SUPPLEMENTAL DRIVER LIBRARY

  3. MICROSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSE

  6. 1.     GRANT OF LICENSE.  Microsoft grants to you the right
  7.         to use all or a portion of the Direct3D Supplemental
  8.         Driver Library  ("Software") provided that (i) the
  9.         Software is used only in conjunction with licensed
  10.         copies of  Microsoft Windows 95 product; (ii) the
  11.         Software may NOT be modified; (iii) all copyright
  12.         notices are maintained on the Software; and (iv) the
  13.         licensee/end user agrees to be bound by the terms of
  14.         this Agreement.

  16. 2.    COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Microsoft or its
  17.         suppliers and is protected by United States copyright
  18.         laws and international treaty provisions. You may not 
  19.         remove the copyright notice from any copy of the 
  20.         Software or any copy of the written materials, if any, 
  21.         accompanying the Software.

  23. 3.    OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This Microsoft License Agreement
  24.         is your proof of license to exercise the rights granted
  25.         herein and must be retained by you.  You may not rent
  26.         or lease the Software.  You may not reverse engineer, 
  27.         decompile or disassemble the Software.

  29.     NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR
  30.         OWN RISK.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY WITH 
  31.         MICROSOFT WINDOWS 95 AND RELATED SOFTWARE.  THE 
  32.         SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY 
  33.         OF ANY KIND.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 
  34.         MICROSOFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES 
  35.         OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, 
  36.         WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
  37.         MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
  38.         MICROSOFT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO 
  39.         THE SOFTWARE.
  40.  
  41.     NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event 
  42.         shall Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for any 
  43.         damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, 
  44.         incidental, direct, indirect special and 
  45.         consequential damages, damages for loss of business 
  46.         profits, business interruption, loss of business 
  47.         information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out 
  48.         of the use or inability to use this Microsoft 
  49.         product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the 
  50.         possibility of such damages.  Because some states/
  51.         countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation 
  52.         of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  53.         the above limitation may not apply to you.

  55.     INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU.  If you distribute the 
  56.         Software in violation of this Agreement, you agree 
  57.         to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Microsoft and 
  58.         its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits, 
  59.         including attorney's fees that arise or result from 
  60.         the use or distribution of the Software in violation 
  61.         of this Agreement.

  63. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
  64.  
  65. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED 
  66. RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government 
  67. is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph 
  68. (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer 
  69. Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs 
  70. (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - 
  71. Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

  75. If you acquired this product in the United States, this 
  76. Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
