  14. REDIST\DIRECTX\DRIVERS\AUDIO\BIN

  33. Redistributable Code is subject to the following additional
  34. provisions:

  36. a.  You must distribute all of the Redistributable Code
  37. together in a single set as part of your Application.
  38. b.  You must include all of the the Redistributable Code in your
  39. Application in the same order as they appear on the
  40. SOFTWARE PRODUCT cd.
  41. c.  You may not modify the names of the Redistributable
  42. Code, nor may you change the directory structure of the
  43. Redistributable Code when you include such files in your
  44. Application.  
  45. d.  You must not remove the notice included in the 
  46. "redist\directx\license.txt" file in your distribution of the 
  47. Redistributable Code. 
  48. e.  You must include an end user license agreement with your
  49. Application that grants a limited license to use the 
  50. Redistributable Code only with Microsoft operating
  51. system products and otherwise protects Microsoft's and 
  52. its suppliers intellectual property rights in the 
  53. Redistributable Code.
  54. f.  You must otherwise comply with the terms and conditions
  55. of the EULA.
