  9. The Read_MIDI module in the last release of the MusicWeb (1995.006.08)
  10. blew the handling of non-MIDI-events (such as Tempo changes) that were
  11. embedded in a Midifile other than at the beginning of a track. This
  12. caused nasty timing glitches when such files were played back.
  13.  
  14. This version has that problem fixed.  Those of my accumulated Midifiles
  15. that used to sound a bit peculiar now play a *lot* better...
  16.  
  17. The executable module will unpack into the `MusicWeb/MODULES' directory,
  18. (replacing the previous version 1.04).
