  1. NOTE! def_midiplay.info has been replaced with a user definable
  2. file, see FILEDEFAULTS command.

  4. Installation:

  6. 1. Copy miditune.library and midi.library to your LIBS: directory
  7.  
  8. 2. For users of older version (v2.31d or before) of MidiPlay:
  9.  
  10.    Before using the new version, you MUST DELETE your old midiplay.win
  11.    file!!!! (ENV:MidiPlay/midiplay.win and ENVARC:MidiPlay/midiplay.win)
  12.    It is not compatible with this new version. Use "save environment"
  13.    menu command to save your new window settings.

  15. 3. Copy MidiPlay and MidiPlay.info wherever you like.

  17. 4. A template configuration file midiplay.prefs is included with
  18.    this archive, edit it to suit your needs and copy it to your
  19.    MidiPlay directory, or ENV:MidiPlay and ENVARC:MidiPlay directories
  20.    or define tooltype SETTINGS=filename in the MidiPlay's icon 
  21.    where it is located.
