Changes to RaVip - Version 1.02
-------------------------------------
SEE THE INCLUDED SAMPLE.CFG, IT IS WELL COMMENTED AND COVERS
NEW KEYWORDS AND THEIR ACTIONS. ALSO COVERED IN RAVIP.DOC
1. RaVip may use a different configuration file, specified with
the new -C switch. ( Type RAVIP ? )
This way you can setup for posting Echo messages, Net messages,
one time, in different files, and not have to modify the
config each time.
If no alternate config file is given, RaVip looks for
RAVIP.CFG in the Exe's directory, as before.
2. RaVip can now send the Sysop's notification message to
another system, using the changed NODE, which is now FromNode,
and the NEW ToNode and MsgTo Keywords.
ie: You may have the message sent via Netmail to you, or a
Co-Sysop at another netmail location. InterZone tranfers
are supported.
3. Messages posted to an EchoMail area in the messagebase....
The Sysop message may be posted to an ECHO type message area, so
that you might have the message exported to a mail pkt and sent to
you at another location.
Two new keywords for this support:
1. ECHO - Tells RaVip to add Echo flags to message record,
and add a Origin and Tear line.
2. ORIGIN - You may define an origin line to be appended
to this message.
The tear line is automatically added.
4. Revamped the User Name extraction to be more accurate with
the Expanded Log.
5. Fixed error in obtaining LogOff time with Expanded Log
6. Fixed so control file used via @C macro is correct.
Previously would show the only name of the Alternate Control File,
if running in Dual Mode.
7. Changed to support up to 3 numbers in ZONE of Sysop addresse,
to support other networks. Previously only allowed for two, didn't
work on the 3 digit Zones that exist. Should be enough....
8. RaVip now shows the NAME of all files being accessed, on the screen.
