1. Make a directory call BQ\ off the RoboMail directory and copy
BLUEQWK.EXE into this directory.
2. Copy UNPACKER.BAT and PACKER.BAT to the RoboMail directory.
3. In RoboMail configuration, under "Archive Manipulation", enter the
following exactly as showned below:

For RoboMail, make sure BlueQWK doesn't share the RoboMail directory.
There seems to be a conflict with file access, if BlueQWK uses the same
directory as RoboMail.
