  5. CBVR now upgrades the user's time online correctly.  In order for this to
  6. really really work correctly the user should gain some time when going from
  7. one security level to the next.

  9. CBVR now supports the ReneGade "|nnn" color codes.   These codes can be used
  10. in place of or in conjunction with the "n" color codes currently used in
  11. the .CBV user message files.

  13. You must have the CBVRnnn distro package to use this interm upgrade.
