  10.            News items or Bulletins with lines up to 75 characters in 
  11.            length. The subject of your message should always be 
  12.            placed in the top left hand corner and can be 35 char-
  13.            acters in lenth max. Run NEWSCFG.EXE to select your output 
  14.            filenames, directories and colors etc.
