  30. DSD-NOTE -=- Note to next user door.
  31.     Allows users to leave a note to the next user (or wherever the sysop
  32.     decides to display the text file.
  33.     Features - Fully featured message Editor.
  34.              - Preview of previous note.
  35.              - Ability to Quote the previous Note.
  36.              - Fully configurable colours.
  37.              - Sysop LOCK feature, allows sysop to lock the note for a
  38.                number of hours, so no-one can replace the note.  After
  39.                the time has elapsed, the note is free to anyone.
  40.              - Restriction so that a user must be above a certain security
  41.                to post a log-off note.

  44.     Allows users to bank excess time and use it on another day.
