  28.     Allows users to leave a note to the next user (or wherever the sysop
  29.     decides to display the text file.
  30.     Features - Fully featured message Editor.
  31.              - Preview of previous note.
  32.              - Fully configurable colours.
  33.              - Sysop LOCK feature, allows sysop to lock the note for a
  34.                number of hours, so no-one can replace the note.  After
  35.                the time has elapsed, the note is free to anyone.
  36.              - Restriction so that a user must be above a certain security
  37.                to post a log-off note.

  40.     Allows users to bank excess time and use it on another day.
  41.     Features - Fully configurable banking limits with seperate limits for
