  9.    : EchoMail messages entered in the mail areas of the BBS can travel all  : 
  10.    : around the world in search of a reply.                                 : 
  11.    :                                                                        : 
  12.    : When you write a message here, it is forwarded to a Hub system in the  : 
  13.    : early hours of the morning during a scheduled mailing session. The Hub : 
  14.    : system forwards the message together with any others that have been    : 
  15.    : collected to many other systems. A copy of the message will appear in  : 
  16.    : the same message topic area on all systems that are members of the Net : 
  17.    : providing they accept mail in that particular EchoMail area.           : 
  18.    :                                                                        : 
  19.    : Please only write messages that are "on topic" for the area that you   : 
  20.    : select and do _not_ chastise others for their mistakes or errors, the  : 
  21.    : network policing is done by the Moderator in each area.                :
