have security level 40.
Users who have completed the Questionnaire have security level 100.
Verified users (visitors) have security level 200.
Users below sec level 100 cannot upload or download.
Users below sec level 200 cannot write in echomail conferences or
list the users on this BBS.
Donors or registered users start at security level 1000.
The menu system provided in this archive will allow a new sysop to
get a system up and running quite quickly and have a large number of
Ezycom commands available to their users.
This menu configuration is generic and not intended to cater to the
individual needs of any one sysop, it does provide a good base on
which to build a very easy to use menu system.

2. The global menu has commands that are active in all of
the other menu's (but not configured in those menu's).
3. If your RIP users have problems, make sure that they
have hot keys turned off in the terminal's config.
