Now that you have entered a UserID for PCB Freedom to use with this new system, the edit boxes and controls which you need to complete the rest of the parameters for the new system have been enabled for you.
You might first want to use the icon for the Password for this system, then determine whether it is going to be a mail board, or not. The edit boxes which need be filled in are partially determined by this setting. It won't hurt to change your mind later, but it might save you some time filling in boxes needlessly.
If this is a mail board, the ONLY optional field is the "Conference to Join ?". All other fields must be filled in with the correct information.
