  16.        o  100+ % increase in speed. 5000 line program completes in 
  17.           about 30 seconds on a 10 mHz AT Clone with no cache.  
  18.           Absolutely flies on my 386/25 with 1 Meg of cache

  20.        o  Changed the way BudMan figures out if the line contains an
  21.           Upload or a Download.  Used to use a search function for
  22.           (U) so the whole line had to be searched after it was read
  23.           from the file.  Now I just check the first 3 characters and
  24.           if they're (U) it moves the whole line into the print buffer.

  26.        o  Runs relatively silent not and much HD usage (save them Heads !)

  28.        o  Added 32K read buffer and a 5K Write buffer so BudMan
  29.           Now isn't has Disk Intensive.  It will not write to disk
  30.           until write buffer is filled.  All data is now manipulated
  31.           in the read buffer.
