Version 1.0, 5 september 1995
■ Inital release
■ Condition: -d## Delete if D days not called.
■ Condition: -m## Delete if userlevel is M or more.
■ Condition: -x## Delete is Userlevel is X or less.

■ Only some output to screen added
Version 1.2, 18 september 1995
■ Condition: -f{a..d}{1..8}={T|F}

■ Bug-fix: I distrubute the copy which does not update the userbase.

■ Extra condition: -t## Delete if user called T times or less.
■ Extra condition: -ALL Ignore NoKill flag.

■ Added multi-conditions on commandline up to 10.
Version 1.6, 25 february 1996
■ Bug-fix: I calculated the days not the most correct way. This results
in not deleting users the first days of the year if they did not
called this year and should be removed.
■ Extra option: -verbose
This option will display the reason for each user why
he/she is deleted or not. The hugh output may be
directed to a file.
■ Extra option: -Export[=<file>]
This option will copy the RemoteAccess based userrecord
of the deleted user to a file. Default is used:
KillUser.Dat (a RemoteAccess compatible Userbase file).
With a full path-filename you may enter your own
history file.
