  14. -------------------------------
  15. Please note that MAKE-LST v1.01 is now being distributed as a self extracting
  16. archive generated by PKsfx v2.04C, and should include file verification when
  17. the original archive is extracted, if this is missing from the archive this
  18. indicates this is not the original archive distributed by us and could indi-
  19. cate tampering of the software, use the enclosed software at your own risk!

  21. -AV should appear beside each filename as it is extracted from the executable
  22. archive, followed by a message similar to the following:

  27. When distributing MAKE-LST we ask that you please distribute the original EXE
  28. archive, as this helps protect both you and other users.

  30. Notes on file sharing support
  31. -----------------------------
  32. Version 1.01 of MAKE-LST corrects a problem users experienced with the
  33. previous release concerning file sharing and locking ability. This version
  34. corrects all problems with file sharing support and MAKE-LST now should have
  35. no problem operating on multinode systems. However for this feature to be
  36. active, SHARE.EXE or some other form of file sharing MUST be loaded!

  38. Need page breaks?
  39. -----------------
  40. Many users have mentioned that they would like a method of inserting page
  41. breaks in their master file listings, this will insure that should the user
  42. print the file listing, the pages will appear without over riding the
  43. preforations, this can be accomplished by using a extremely small and useful
  44. utility called Page Break, this freeware utility will automatically insert
  45. page breaks in text documents within just seconds. There are several utilities
  46. available to accomplish this task, however Page Break is one of the finest
  47. we have found and is also used to insert page breaks in this document. This
  48. utility can be obtained by calling our official support BBS at (404) 941-2822,
  49. just look for the file PAGEBRK.ZIP.
