  1. NOTIME v1.0:  Run in the $$LOGOFF.BAT file
  2. this program will check to see if a caller
  3. has a specific security level.  If so it will
  4. change the minutes used in the user record to
  5. zero allowing the next caller using the same
  6. user-id to receive a full session's time
  7. limit.  Optionally resets Last Msg Read ptrs.
  8. Useful for DEMO ACCOUNTS on PCBoard version
  9. 14.5a systems.
