  16. That name is a common "handle" and is prohibited.

  23. allowed to use that name, I will give you the opportunity.

  25. I should warn you:  under no conditions will I allow ANYONE
  26. to use a name that includes specific types of foul language.

  28. for wishing to use the name you're trying to use, please
  29. inform me of it.  I _will_ voice-validate names that have
  30. been filtered by Opus' name filter.

  37. if you've been disgraced for some reason (or your name is
