  29.  The Pasco BBS Magazine is a monthly magazine which is distributed free of
  30.  charge, as long as it is unaltered and complete.  When uploading make sure
  31.  the original archive is intact with all files included.  The files are
  32.  listed in FILES.LST.

  36.  How to Help

  39.  If you would like to write something for the Pasco BBS magazine, please
  40.  send it along.  This could become a forum for users and Sysops to air their
  41.  views.  The more who contribute, the better the magazine will become.  All
  42.  authors will receive a by-line in the Pasco BBS Magazine.  Sysops or local
  43.  businesses may receive a free ad for their efforts.  Game reviews, articles,
  44.  computer related humor, questions, general feedback and artwork would be
  45.  greatly appreciated.

  52.  It is preferred that ads for the magazine not exceed 23 lines.  One way to
  53.  get an ad is to help with the magazine in some way.  Another way is pay a
  54.  small fee.  The current rates:

  56.                   $1.00 an issue/six issues for $5.00
  57.  
  58.  Ads should be forwarded to the Board of Trade BBS.  The editor makes all
  59.  determinations on which ads will run.  The Pasco BBS Magazine cannot be held
  60.  responsible for information contained within ads.  All ads remain the
  61.  property of their owners.

  65.  Distribution Site Information

  68.  Sysops interested in becoming a Pasco BBS Magazine Distribution Site
  69.  please leave a message on the Board of Trade BBS.  The idea is to have a
  70.  Distribution Site in south, central and east Pasco so readers will not
  71.  have to call long distance to get a copy of the magazine.  Hopefully,
  72.  Distribution Sites will be selected over the next few months.  These
  73.  boards will probably get a few more calls and will get a free ad in every
  74.  issue.  Not a bad deal.

  76.  The Distribution Sites must:  1) Post the current issue of the magazine as a
  77.  bulletin on their BBS.  2) Allow users some sort of free access, so they'll
  78.  be able to download the magazine.  3) Have all past issues of the magazine
  79.  available for free downloading as well.  In addition, preferential treatment
  80.  during the selection process will be given to boards:  1) Who have "Pasco
  81.  BBS Magazine Distribution Site" somewhere on their log-on or welcoming
  82.  screen.  2) Who will forward submissions to the Board of Trade BBS.
